Fols. 1r has an architectural frame with a classical architectural structure and a coat of arms at the bottom of the fol. Each Triumphus is decorated with an architectural frame and a small rectangular-box illumination at the bottom of the fol. representing the corresponding Triumphus (fols. 140r, 152r, 155v, 164v, 171v, 174r). Letters in gold for the inscriptions in the full-page illuminations (fols. IVv, 97r); letters in gold and in other colours for the title of the ms. (fol. IIr), RVF 1 (fol. 1r), colophons of the first and second part of RVF (fols. 96v, 137v), Triumphus Amoris I.1-12 (fol. 140r), and lines 1-2 of each subsequent Triumphus. Decorated initials for RVF 1 (fol. 1r) and each Triumphus.
